Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! Below is a list of requirements that students must complete for Graduate School as part of the graduation process. You will also need to complete the Office of the University Registrar graduation application and payment of fees.
All students must complete the Graduate School’s Exit Survey. This can be accessed at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/UAMSGradSchoolexitsurvey.
Turn in your student ID badge to the Graduate School administrative office.
Master’s Students
If you chose the thesis track, email a copy of your thesis information to Latrina Prince at princelatrina@uams.edu to be posted on the Graduate School website. Review the Dissertation & Thesis Defense Dates page for additional submission information. Your program can assist you with posting flyers regarding the thesis defense. The deadline to submit your thesis to the library can be found on the academic calendar. Also submit the Exit survey (see link above).
Doctoral Students
Email a copy of your dissertation information (flyer) to Latrina Prince. Submit your dissertation to the library after you defend and your committee approves. The deadline to submit your dissertation to the library can be found on the academic calendar. After the library approves your dissertation, you must upload a PDF identical to your dissertation as approved by the UAMS library. It must include the abstract and signature pages. This must be in one PDF file. Do not make supplementary documents. Submit the Survey of Earned Doctorates. Also, submit the Exit survey (see link above).
