Congratulations on your upcoming graduation! Below is a list of requirements that students must complete for Graduate School as part of the graduation process. You will also need to complete the Office of the University Registrar graduation application and payment of fees.
- Submit the Dissertation and Thesis Electronic Filing From
- Submit your dissertation or thesis to the library: Libby Ingram
- All students must complete an Exit Survey. This can be accessed here.
- Turn in your student ID badge to the Graduate School administrative office.
For MS thesis and PhD candidates
Email a copy of your thesis or dissertation defense information to Latrina Prince at firstname.lastname@example.org to be posted on the Graduate School website, Go to the Dissertation & Thesis Defense Dates page to see the information needed. Your program can assist you with posting flyers regarding your defense. The deadline to submit your thesis or dissertation to the library can be found on the calendar page.
For PhD candidates only
Complete the Survey of Earned Doctorates and ProQuest submission (see links below). After the library approves your dissertation submission, please make sure you also complete the surveys and ProQuest submission. For Proquest, you must upload a PDF identical to your dissertation as approved by the UAMS library. It must include the abstract and all signed signature pages. This must be in one PDF file. Do not make supplementary documents.
