Summer Undergraduate Research Program Application

SURP Application Form

Please complete the application below. The deadline for receipt of all application materials is February 15, 2025. Students who will graduate before June 2025 are not eligible for the program. In addition to the application, the SURP requires two letters of recommendation from faculty and copies of your transcripts. All applicants will be notified of decisions in March. Please contact Dr. Latrina Prince at princelatrina@uams.edu if you have any questions.

    All applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent U.S. residents to be eligible.
  • Do not use your college/school email. Personal email is preferred.
  • Max. file size: 7 MB.
    You can upload copies of your transcripts here. You may also mail them to Dr. Latrina Prince.
