- Certificate of Residency Currently enrolled students who wish to have their residency status reconsidered for tuition purposes may submit an Application for Change in Resident Status. Reclassification applications are reviewed once per year and if approved, the reclassified tuition rate will be effective for the fall semester. All applications for Change in Resident Status must be received in the Graduate School office no later than April 30th.
