UAMS Graduate School students who anticipate graduating should submit a graduation application form and pay the graduation fee when registering for the last semester of enrollment. If the degree is not completed by the end of the semester, please contact the Office of the University Registrar and your degree application will be moved to the next semester.
The deadline to apply for May 2016 graduation is February 5, 2016.
For doctoral students, once your dissertation has been submitted to the Library, a copy of your title and signature pages will be faxed by the Library staff to the Office of the University Registrar.

The Graduate School will be holding a Graduation Brunch at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 21st for all 2015-2016 Graduates and the UAMS Graduate Faculty. Graduate School is sending information to all Graduates and Graduate Faculty regarding this event.
You must also clear campus through the Office of the University Registrar. The OUR should contact you regarding this process.
The UAMS Graduate School confers degrees three times during the academic year in August, December, and May. Commencement is held once a year in May. All students who graduate in August, December, and May are eligible to participate in the May Commencement exercises. 2015-2016 May Commencement will be held on Saturday, May 21st.
