UAMS Graduate School students who anticipate graduating should submit a graduation application form and pay the graduation fee when registering for the last semester of enrollment. If the degree is not completed by the end of the semester, please contact the Graduate School office and your degree application will be moved to the next semester.
For doctoral students, once your dissertation has been submitted to the Library, a copy of your title and signature pages will be faxed by the Library staff to the Graduate School office.
Upon completion of your degree, you will receive email instructions regarding campus clearance, survey form (Ph.D. only), and student financial services.
The UAMS Graduate School confers degrees three times during the academic year in August, December, and May. Commencement is held once a year in May. All students who graduate in August, December, and May are eligible to participate in the May Commencement exercises.
