The Gateway for UAMS Students (GUS) a new student information system at UAMS that allows applicants to track their admission application, receive up to date information on the admissions process, and also serves as the main portal for student information throughout the duration of your studies at UAMS.

It is the applicant’s responsibility to make sure all application materials have been received by the Graduate School. Please contact GraduateAdmissions@uams.edu to confirm receipt of transcripts, letters of recommendation, affidavits of support (if required), GRE/ TOEFL scores, or other documents required by the program.
All admission decisions are communicated in writing by the Dean of the Graduate School. The Graduate School cannot communicate admission decisions via email or phone calls.
All application materials, including transcripts and test scores, become the property of the UAMS Graduate School. Materials will not be returned to the applicant or forwarded to other organizations.
To allow sufficient time for departmental consideration and processing of required immigration documentation, international applicants should make sure all of the above items are submitted no less than four months prior to the applicant’s anticipated initial enrollment. If any of the above items are not submitted the application will not be considered.
Under no circumstances will UAMS issue the Certificate of Eligibility for Non-immigrant (F-1) Student Status (Form I-20 A-B) until the applicant has been admitted to the University.
